Howdy y'all, I'm Pokey, formerly lead singer of The Stew Dogs, and I think  
Fred Eaglesmith's "Mighty Big Car" is played like this.  I'm a rhythem 
guitarist, and tend to think more about the strumming than the chord 
changes, so I like to simplify whenever I can.

I cannot read music, and do not have an "ear" for what note anything is.  
This is my best guess, and how I played it on "20 Odd Hollers".
